Nurse Navigators
Nurse navigators help guide patients with a new or recurring diagnosis through Fred Hutch. They identify appointments prior to your first visit, educate you on your diagnosis, answer your questions and prepare you for your first and next steps at our center.
Overnight Hospital Stay
Adult patients of Fred Hutch who need to stay overnight in a hospital go Fred Hutch at UW Medical Center - Montlake. You may need inpatient care for a stem cell transplant, surgery or if you become severely ill.

Transportation
To help you get around, we have a free shuttle between our South Lake Union Clinic and UW Medical Center - Montlake as well as shuttles to Pete Gross House and Behnke Family House (formerly South Lake Union House).
Lodging
Fred Hutch offers temporary medical lodging facilities for our patients and families while receiving treatment at Fred Hutch. We strive to provide access to affordable, peaceful and safe accommodations.

Patient navigators are culturally sensitive staff who are here to help guide you through your time at Fred Hutch, so you can focus on taking care of yourself. They help with medical transportation and lodging, financial and insurance concerns, medication co-pays and other practical issues.
