Proteomics & Metabolomics

Expertise in Mass Spectrometry-based Technologies

The Proteomics & Metabolomics shared resource at Fred Hutch provides support for mass spectrometry-based proteomics and metabolomics research. With advanced instrumentation and a highly trained staff, the core offers consultation and services in sample preparation, sample separation, data collection and data analysis. Our clients include scientists within the Fred Hutch/University of Washington Cancer Consortium and at research institutions around the country.

We offer both qualitative and quantitative proteomics analyses

Comprehensive Proteomics

We offer both qualitative and quantitative proteomics analyses, plus services in sample preparation, data analysis, training and more. Our state-of-the-art mass spectrometry instruments are liquid chromatography electrospray ionization systems utilized for bottom-up proteomics applications.
