Processing Biospecimens in Research
Our specimen processing team supports a range of clinical specimen services. CRSP supports clinical studies, large or small, with a strong emphasis on quality control. Our services include processing, storage, and distribution of clinical research specimens for analysis. Common specimen types include blood, bone marrow aspirate, tears, oral swabs, biopsy in formalin, urine, and feces. We can process whole blood into component fractions such as serum/plasma or ficoll gradient separated PBMC. We can ship specimens same-day, or hold for batch shipment. We offer data entry and quality assurance. All specimens are handled according to standard operating procedures, and in accordance with clinical study laboratory manuals.

Please note that all orders must be accompanied by a purchase order number or notification of the intent to pay via credit card (contact Shared Resources Billing for credit card payment set up). If you have not provided such information by the date of shipment, your order may be delayed.
