Biospecimen Processing & Biorepository

Biospecimen Processing and Biorepository Management

Formerly Research Cell Bank (RCB)

Fred Hutch’s Biospecimen Processing & Biorepository shared resource provides investigators with high-quality biospecimen sample processing, DNA/RNA extraction and biorepository services. The core formed in 2015 from the merger of two longstanding Fred Hutch research resources which have played key roles in decades of research studies. We offer our expertise and services to researchers in the Fred Hutch, University of Washington and Seattle Cancer Consortium to advance their laboratory research and preclinical studies. Our designated International Histocompatibility Work Group (IHWG) Biorepository serves research community around the world.
