I have always had a passion for helping others and an interest in spirituality. I believe that spirituality is that deepest layer within us, that place that touches our greatest joy, connection, meaning and purpose. I love being able to create space for people to explore these places and find greater peace within, especially during challenges. I joined Fred Hutch in February 2024 and see patients at both Fred Hutch Cancer Center – South Lake Union and Fred Hutch at UW Medical Center – Montlake.
At times of our greatest struggles can also be a place of growth and transformation. I love being able to walk with patients through the highs and lows of treatment and provide a place to reflect on their experience, their life and find meaning in the face of challenge.
When not working, I love going for walks in nature, kayaking, playing with my dog and three cats, reading and spending time with my grown kids.
Patient Care Philosophy
My approach to patient care is to create a safe, compassionate space to explore whatever is arising within, and to facilitate reflection towards deeper understanding and meaning through their health challenge.
My beliefs are very open and inclusive. I will honor your journey and come alongside you with compassion, respect and authenticity.
