Adrienne DiLiberto

Helping People Through Physical Therapy

Adrienne was drawn to physical therapy as a way to combine her skills in science and her desire to work closely with people. Over the past several decades her passion for understanding the science of healing and her love of movement have grown. She incorporates yoga, acupressure, and dance/movement training into her practice. Working with individuals undergoing cancer treatment continues to be especially rewarding.  Adrienne feels honored to have the opportunity to help people return to activities they enjoy after cancer treatment.

When she is not working, Adrienne enjoys spending time with her partner, daughter and dog. She enjoys hiking, camping, snowshoeing, kayaking, and Afro-Brazilian dancing. She loves living in the Pacific Northwest.

Patient Care Philosopy

Adrienne believes that physical therapy is a partnership between the patient and the therapist. She works with each individual to establish appropriate and meaningful therapy goals. In addition to hands-on treatment techniques, she focuses on empowering patients through education about how to increase strength, motion, endurance, mobility, and balance in order to improve quality of life.
