I joined Fred Hutch in 2008 and see patients at the South Lake Union Clinic. I became a registered dietitian because I wanted to care directly for patients and found that I could combine that kind of hands-on care with my love of and excitement about food. I most enjoy the teamwork of working with patients and caregivers; I love it when we can develop a long-term relationship and find success together.
My favorite food is peanut butter, but I like almost everything. Outside of work, I like to swim, run, sail, cook, grow veggies and hang out with my husband and kids.
Clinical Expertise
I specialize in seeing allogeneic bone marrow transplant patients and patients in the Transitional Transplant Clinic and Long-Term Follow-Up Program.
Patient Care Philosophy
The way we eat is very personal and individual, which is what makes nutrition so fun and interesting. I try to keep that individuality in the forefront when we’re coming up with a plan together.
