Commercialization Programs

Fred Hutch researchers are eligible to apply for funding and other support to help them take their discoveries and ideas to a commercially viable stage. These funding programs include philanthropic efforts as well as collaborations with commercial entities.

Philanthropic Programs

Evergreen Fund

The Evergreen Fund supports Fred Hutch employees in bringing their bold ideas and promising discoveries to a commercially viable stage in order to attract a licensing partner or venture funding. Two levels of support are available: pilot funding of up to $50,000, and up to $200,000 for work that has already yielded promising data and identified a commercial path forward.
