Quality Care Coordination
The Issaquah Clinic team will communicate with referring providers and patients throughout the scheduling and referral process. For standard-of-care treatment, patients will be seen at our Issaquah Clinic. If a patient seeks advanced treatment options (such as blood or marrow transplant or cellular immunotherapy), they will have the option to receive more specialized care at our South Lake Union clinic in Seattle.
When a patient receives care at the Issaquah Clinic, referring providers will receive a discharge summary at the end of treatment that includes treatment response, recovery and follow-up requirements. Our care team will be responsible for coordinating any follow-up tests and will share relevant information with referring providers to achieve safer and more effective care.
