Holding Ourselves Accountable
Each year, Fred Hutch and many of our groups and divisions compile reports to track our accomplishments and where we may have fallen short of our goals.
Past Reports
Advancing Research and Care
Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center was created just over a year ago in April 2022 with the aim of bringing scientific advances to patients faster and deepening longstanding ties with UW Medicine. Over the past year, we have been working to tighten the integration between scientific endeavors and clinical care, and streamline our structure.
Together, We Make Innovations Possible
When we join together, we can achieve what others have only dreamed of. An immunologist working with a data scientist, a patient with a clinical trialist, a donor with a cancer biologist — these partnerships make innovation possible across scientific divisions, across the world, across boundaries that stop others in their tracks.
A Year of Overcoming Challenges
For Fred Hutch, the COVID‑19 pandemic created hurdles to cancer and other research but also an opportunity for the virology expertise developed over decades of work on bone marrow transplants and HIV cures to help stop a global crisis.
